I am a professor at University of Memphis. Back in January of 2009, I sufferred from a stroke. My right arm and leg became paralyzed, my speech became slurred, and I had a facial droop. On the third day after my stroke, Dr. Alexander Ly treated me with acupuncture and subsequently I received weekly treatments along with Chinese herbal medicine. I also participated in physical therapy and speech therapy. Two months later, I was back teaching in the classsroom. Now, I am 100% better and am back to living the life I had before my stroke. Dr. Ly helped me get my life back and words cannot express my gratitude towards him. I highly recommend Dr. Alexander Ly as he is the most experienced and best acupuncturist.
Heather Boutique & Spa is fabulous. Her skincare products are luxurious and non-toxic. After a week on my personalized skincare routine, I can definitely see changes in my skin tone and texture. I love that it is a one stop spa. You can get everything you need in one place; from facials to massages and makeup lessons to sunless tanning. She offers it all. I was so impressed with the one on one time that was spent with me during my skincare evaluation that I am going back for a make-up lesson. Can't say enough about Heather Boutique and Spa. It was a fantastic experience.
Memphis Fragrance just opened a new store out by the Paradiso on Poplar and Mendenhall. They have a whole bunch of perfumes and colognes at good prices. I was surprised that they still carried discontinued fragrances like Safari and had hard to find fragrances like Hermes and Guerlain. Since it was a discount store, I was surprised to find things like Chanel and Creed, which sell for over $100!! Love the store, the guy is chill, and the place looks great. Anyone looking for any fragrance should check it out
