I busted the monitor on my laptop last week. Dumb me, I dropped it. I thought it would be an easy do-it-yourself fix. I am a handy guy. I can install doors, windows and anything else so why not a little computer screen? Boy was I wrong. My wife made me stop after an hour of grunting and grumbling. She called a pro. Philly Tech is pretty close to the house so we thought we would give them a try. Good thing I did because not only did I order the wrong replacement screen, I had what seemed to be a million screws laying around. The owner find the correct screen online and when it arrived came over and installed in less than an hour. Keith, the owner is a gentleman and a true professional. He did not make me feel dumb for breaking my machine, trying to fix it or even ordering the wrong part. He did what anyone would want in that spot. Got everything back up running in the minimal amount of time possible.
This company really saved my backside the other day. I am new in town, moved here for work. A week into my move to Rittenhouse Square my laptop crashed. I had to find a computer repairman to get back up ASAP. I made a few calls around and this was the only place who could see me within two hours. The owner came to my apartment and personally looked at the laptop. He determined that it needed to take it back to his work shop but assured me that he would get back to me fast. I was surprised and relieved when I had my machine back before lunchtime the next day. It turns out that I was hit with a nasty virus. The price was very good considering the quick turn. I will definitely recommend to anyone with computer trouble.
Very strong customer service. They came through in a time of need as my laptop was having serious problems. I was completely shut down by a virus. I called Philly Tech and two days later my machine was back with no more problems.
