i found paws crossing in the yellow pages and decided to stop by for a tour. the front desk staff was extremely warm and welcoming. even before i could ask for a tour, they were already directing me towards their luxury suites. they have the cutest cottages for dogs which include: private flat screen tvs, webcams, furniture and beds!! the dogs observed in their boarding areas seemed very calm and happy to be there. everything i was shown was spotless! i was able to watch a play session in their daycare area as well. the staff members seemed to be having just as much fun as the dogs were. they must love their jobs!!! every staff member i ran into was extremely professional and kind. i have absolutely nothing bad to say about paws crossing. i give them 5 stars and two thumbs up!! i look forward to boarding my "kids" there during this holiday season.
Great place. We get the villas, it's expensive but super clean, nice people, and webcams to track your dog. Our dog had a pre-existing health issue on our first visit and they took her to the vet for us while we were out of town. The dogs get playtime, indoors and outdoors. Yes, it costs as much as a best western but to be honest, it's so nice its worth it if you can swing the expense. Cheaper option is Saratoga school for dogs but this place is pet luxury
