ATTN MANAWILSON** As someone who has been in retail management for 14+ years I would just like to say that NO customer should ever have to "seek out help". There should at the VERY LEAST be a greeting from an associate. Customers are the ones who pay their paychecks and keep these corporations in business!! Without CUSTOMERS they would not have jobs. This seems to be the problem unfortunately in a lot of BIG BOX businesses though.

I went in looking for a very specific type of jeans. I found the kind I wanted but after going through all the stacks I couldn't find my size in petites. The manager helped me look but still couldn't find any. She then offered to take my name & number and call me when they came in. Not even a 1/2 hr later she called to tell me she found a pair on the very top shelf. I went right back and bought them.
