I find these people just lovely. I have a 3 1/2 lb teacup poodle was was a bright red but becasue the previous groomers used clippers on her it turned her color production off. After only 2 cuts using only siscors we can tell some of the color is coming back. I wanted to use a color restoration system to help turn her color back, and these people search all over the world for the right product. It is coming in from Japan. I have a 28 yr old son who owns a 80 lb boxer and when he saw Zoyie after she had just been clipped he even noticed how beautiful she looled, no that is strange for a 28 yr old son. I would recommend this groomer to anyone, I feel I hit the jackpot. I was telling my new neighbors (we have only lived in Lexington a short time) and they have 2 show dogs and to my amazement that is where they take their show dogs. The staff at this groomers has never been rude to me in any matter what so ever. Some dogs are terrible to groom, it's just a fact. What if this dog was totally matted, had experienced a bad groomer. If more than one groomer tells you your god is hard to groom I would suggest some dog tranquilizer before you take her/him to another groomer to ease her anxiety. Were you rude to the staff? THIS IS THE BEST GROOMER FOR A POODLE I HAVE EVER FOUND AND THIS IS MY 3RD POODLE. My name is Kim Paton and if you would like to ask me any questions or my loyal neighbors any questions please feel free to contact me at Kimpaton9@comcast.net
I think this kennel is great for my dog. He seems excited both times I have had to board him. When I picked him up from boarding the first time, there were pictures of him up on the bulletin board and staff sent more to me by email. When I boarded him a second time, several weeks later, those pictures were still up. However, this most recent time, I asked that he be groomed as well. When I picked him up, he had been cut shorter than I requested. Then when I got home, I found that his neck had a large spot that had been cut down to the skin and was bleeding. I dont know what happened during the grooming because nobody bothered to explain anything to me or mention that there had been an accident. There may have been a reasonable explanation but regardless, I think I should have been told instead of me finding it once I got home.
I was looking for a groomer for my 6-year-old shiatzu. I was disappointed with a few other places I had tried in Lexington. I made an appointment, and when I came to pick up my little cutie, I was pleasantly surprised. He was happy, and they did a wonderful job with the shape of his haricut , especially around his face. He has had some bad cuts in the past. I just made an appointment to take him back and to take my other dog.
