Recently, I had some brake work done at Budget Brakes. I can tell you in my thirty something years of driving, I have never had such a pleasant experience for car repair as this one. The service manager, Phil, was the most helpful, polite, and knowlegable person I have ever worked with. Typically, car repairs are very unpleasant, especially as a female. I am always concerned I may get ripped off, but I can assure you that these guys are 100% honest and trustworthy. Phil showed me the old brakes, explaining in detail the reasons for needing new ones. Also, I had two tires replaced that were very dangerous, thanks to Phil's explanation and promptness in getting me new ones. AND, if that isn't enough, they even had a loaner car, so I could go to work while my vehicle was being worked on. I absolutely recommend Budget Brakes for all of your vehicle repairs, you will love them!!!
Great, Honest service department! This is a hard find in the industry and after visiting two other certified Mazda service centers we were very pleased with the service at Ralph Thayer. We took my husbands car in for service under the warranty plan and they fixed all outstanding campaigns that the other dealers could not service for one reason or another and than when picking up our car my husband mentioned that the wiper on my CX-9 had recently stopped working. They advised us that sometimes a bolt comes loose and they could help us locate it and see if it corrected the problem...sure enough that was it and they could have easily charged us the $100 deductible to look at it to determine the problem. I would highly recommend and will be going back for any service needs in future.
Sam & Ray are honest guys who take care of their customers. They won't cheat you on an oil change by using recycled oil or by not actually changing the filter-like some people do. They have mechanics changing the oil and still do a 10 minute change-and they won't screw up your car, because they know what they're doing. I have had all kinds of problems with oil change places, but none with them. Also, they repair cars more affordably-a fuel pump change that cost 800.00 at a franchise costs 600.00 here, for my minivan. It is so hard to find an honest, reliable mechanic. They are busy though, so call first, because they might be backed up. Rely on them-they get a lot of referrals, and I can refer them too! Go here, you'll be happy!
