As parents you have to set the example of living a healthy lifestyle for your kids. When my wife and I looked at our lifestyles, we can honestly say that we were not setting a good example. As a whole our eating habits were poor and our exercise habits were even worse. These habits were also having an affect on our health. My wife and I decided that we needed to change. To be successful on this journey we needed to do it together. That is when we contacted Fitness Together. The trainers at Fitness Together have helped us change our lifestyles. The first step was to participate in Nutrition Together to get a better understanding of how to eat healthier as a family. The second step was to work with the trainers to improve our exercise habits. Chris and Lindsay have put us through grueling workouts that we never in our wildest dreams thought we could do. Sometimes we think they are crazy, but that is all apart of the fun! My wife and I are now losing weight and setting a better example for our kids. The best part of training is that we have other people to help support us in our journey to becoming a healthier and more active family. I have now lost a total 60lbs and more to come!

My son and I have been involved in martial arts training for the last few years and we really enjoy it. To improve our strength and endurance we decided to start weight training together. My brother in law is a client at Fitness Together and he suggested we try it. All I can say is we are very happy we decided to join Fitness Together. They have put together workouts that are planned around our goals. The workouts are challenging and are always changing so we are always seeing results. My son and I have flourished under their guidance increasing our strength, endurance, and overall fitness. Our martial arts instructor has especially noticed the difference in the things that Zack can now do. We would like to thank Charles and all of the staff for pushing us and making the workouts challenging and fun.
