I'm u ually a 5- tar fan of Enterpri e Rent-A-Car, but wa a bit di appointed, a week ago, when I went to rent a car from them. I et up my re ervation online, and called the rental office the morning of the day I wanted the rental, to et up a time for them to come pick me...more up, a I needed a ride to the rental office. Imagine my urpri e, when I wa told that they had NO ONE to pick me up, and I would have to make my way there, on my own! Seriou ly? Hello?? Thi i what you ba e YOUR ENTIRE ADVERTISING SCHEME ON, i \"Enterpri e, we pick you up!\" Well, except when we don't! Since I needed the car on time, and couldn't wait for a friend to drive over to give me a ride, I called for a taxi, and \"enjoyed\" paying an extra $27 for what hould have been a free ride, courte y of Enterpri e, to their office . I'm not ure what the tory wa that day, but if you're doing to adverti e a ervice, you'd better darn well make certain you actually perform that ervice for your cu tomer !view less

When we returned home to Phoenix a week later, I realized that I'd left...more my ungla e in the rental vehicle. When I phoned, it wa Andrew who an wered. My ungla e arrived by mail three day later. We appreciate Andrew' profe ionali m and courte y and we will certainly rent from Thrifty on our return to Roche ter. view less
