I had a bad experience with Enterprise years ago and vowed that I would never use them again, but I decided to give them a try because they were located conveniently near my home. The reservation process was quick, easy, and painless. The customer service, once I got there, was excellent, and the selection of vehicles was great!!! The only negative experience I had, was that there was a leak in the back hatch of the mini van and my passengers got wet when we rain into a storm while on the road. But there was really nothing Enterprise could do about that since they did not manufacture the car. :-)

Excellent Service

I don't usually write reviews but the service has been so incredibly outstanding that I felt compelled. I woke up to a flat on my rental. Enterprise came over in record time and swapped my car for an upgrade. Previously, I remember returning a rental and being asked what could they have done to better serve me. I was astonished! The last time I received that level of customer service was in the '70's. Customer service is back in the U.S. of A. --- at Enterprise on Morse Rd.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The vehicles were not maintained very well. The first vehicle was a Nissan Rogue. I only had it for a week and had to take it back because I was told it had too many miles on it. I was then given a kind of dirty Dodge Dart (significantly smaller) that had two tires with slow leaks. I was told to take it to Firestone for a free repair. Is that what a customer is supposed to do? Like I said, though, the staff was friendly.
