I would like to respond to "Slim Shady: and tell you that this is not true at all. Value Place offers a clean and safe property with ZERO tolerance for any unruly or non legal behavior. While some are caught quickly it may take longer for some. I would assume with a name slim shady it was a bad experience because you did something wrong. The hotel is not in business to steal your money, take your belongings. Each employee is required to go through extensive background checks of which yourself may not pass them. If they do not police the hotel they would have trash in the property and bothering other law abiding folks that appreciate the fact the hotel does a good job. You mention that 2 a week are evicted for one reason or another. If you can do simple math, with an average 120 hotels this equates to 2.4% of the weekly guest. Hardly enough to make an issue of this. As far as the taxes, each state has different laws and policy's regarding this process. There are many that have a grace period where if the guest checks out to avoid the taxes, you are cheating the system and screwing the rest of us when we travel. Do us all a favor and stay at motel 6 if you choose do these things and let Value Place continue to offer exceptional services at a reasonable price. I have a company of about 50 employees that travel often, I will use them each time and never have I had any issues with billing, theft or anything of the sort. Value Place Guest.

Rooms are totally worth the price and front desk is really helpfull and sweet. The room we got had alot of space to fit my familas stuff and the only thing I can think of that was not good was the vending machine. Overall great hotel will stay there again.
Four Seasons is a great place to try something different. I highly recommend the pho or Vietnamese soup. The service is fast and the waitresses are always happy.
