Felix Enow is OUR agent for life; he ought to be yours, too. Nineteen years ago, Felix came into our lives and turned us from renters into homeowners when we thought there was no hope for us. Once he took us on, there was not a day that passed that he was not in contact with us, letting us know what was going on, working our case. After we closed on a corner lot in Blossom Valley, his work on our behalf INTENSIFIED; he was negotiating for every fair concession he could get from the seller (including having the other agent shovel dirt for us!). What a negotiator! He was not just our agent; he was our hero. This year, we sold that house. Guess who our agent was? Felix has now partnered up with Agent Huong Ho to form an unbeatable team. Certainly his BEST service was talking us down to Earth to match the market for a swift sale without reducing our price or becoming an "old" listing. We sold swiftly and met our price goal, thanks again to Felix's superior negotiating skills. Whether buying or selling, you absolutely cannot do better with any other agent.

you can find anything for an asian dish here. they have some regular groceries too. the produce is super cheap, and in the spring, when everything is in season, you can find fantastic deals, like 99 cent a pound bing cherries and 5 pounds for a dollar watermelons! all the asian ingredients are SUPER cheap. something that would cost you 4 or 5 bucks at a regular grocery store is generally under a dollar. kikoman soy sauce is 99 cents! hoisin sauce is like, $1.29! tofu is 79 cents a pound!! it is hard to find things if you have never been there, and it can be sort of overwhelming, but once you get the hang of finding things, it's a great place. just don't buy any seafood, it isn't very fresh.
