We recently purchased a Lincoln MKX from Drivers Select and I feel compelled to commend you on your sales staff and in particular Steven Gayle. I had visited several dealerships without my husband and was discouraged from buying from any of them due to their hard sell technique and aggressive sales staff. My husband had heard your advertising on The Ticket radio station so we went to your site and we found the perfect vehicle for me. We came to your facility to view and test drive, we were warmly greeted by Steven and we told him exactly what we were looking for. Unfortunately that particular vehicle was not yet ready and available so Steven offered another MKX for us to test drive. The test drive confirmed that we did indeed want to purchase the unavailable MKX and we had told Steven that our intention was to purchase that day but not once did he try to re-direct us to a different vehicle in order to make the sale on that day, instead he explained your "Recon" process and offered to monitor the vehicle and advise us immediately upon it's release. Before meeting Steven we had decided that if that vehicle was not available we were moving on the the Lincoln dealership where we had found another MKX in our price range available immediately but after working with Steven and directly due to his courteous manner and soft sell style, we were so impressed that we lost all interest in visiting another dealership. When we went in to pick up the vehicle Steven again impressed us, he had another vendor arrive while we were waiting for paperwork to be completed and he insisted on remaining with us rather than leaving us alone to go and attend to the other prospective buyer. Toyota Camry I was driving into Dallas when my car broke down in Seagoville; my car broke down on the side of the road. I’m from Michigan so I didn’t know what to do, I had my kids in the car with me and it was night time. I called my Dad and he googled and called several mobile mechanics. None of them came out to help me. Finally my dad came across DT Mobile Mechanic, first he gave me some trouble shooting tips, to see if I could get it started up again, nothing worked. I had had a few minor problems with my vehicle but nothing major. He came out that night and towed me into my friend’s house; he ran a diagnostic on the car and found that I needed a timing belt, he advised me that I should also get a new water pump as well. I also needed a major tune up, he told me we could try and get parts that night at the 24hr AutoZone, they had some of the parts, but the other places were closed he assured me he would come back in the morning and he did. I gave him the money for the parts and he bought all of them and brought all the receipts to me. He got my car fixed in 4 hours. While he was working on it, I checked out his reviews and saw that he had a bad one on there, so I asked it about him. He explained that e met the lady when she was about to another vehicle which was a lemon, she then asked me to work on her existing vehicle. He told me he checked it out and found that her car had no air compressor and many missing wires. She gave him the money and he got the brand new compressor for. He said he worked on her car over several days including father’s day, because it had a few other issues and he was trying to help her out. After completing his obligations, the car wouldn’t start and after speaking with her he discovered the dealership cut it off because she hadn’t been making payments. He helped me out tremendously and got me back to my family safe and sound.

T hey did strive to do whatever they could to get me approved & drive off with what I wanted. To top it off, the sticker price of the vehicle I was purchasing was amazing about $5-$7000 cheaper, than other dealers in the area. Now tell me is that a great deal or what!
