First, I'm not sure what cruise the other person was on, but it certainly was not the one I was on. It has always been my experience that unhappy people tend to be unhappy no matter how good or bad an experience was. Perhaps you need to reflect on all of your negative experiences and relationships and see that the only constant in all of them is you. With that said, on to the cruise. I was visiting Philadelphia from the Boston area with my wife. The person at the front desk of our hotel suggested we try the new Philadelphia Belle. We were told that it was a four course meal with live entertainment. It sounded similar to a cruise we had taken last year in Boston on a ship called the Odyssey, so we decided to give it a try. We called to make reservations, and I spoke to a reservation person named Diane. If they need to improve on anything it would be the people who are answering their phones. She lacked the polish and professionalism I would have expected from an upscale dinner cruise. I was looking to make a reservation not look for a new best friend. When we arrived to Penn's Landing we found parking to be easy and straight forward, although a little pricy. Any issues with the price of parking disappeared when we saw the ship, and I do mean ship. What an amazing sight. The Philadelphia Belle will take your breath away with her size and elegance. It looked so well maintained, when they said it was built in 1994, I did not believe it. Getting our tickets was a quick and easy process and then it on the gangway, no wait. Very efficient. They also did not have the annoying camera people trying to squeeze a twenty dollar bill out of you for a picture I could take myself for free with my phone. We saw the captain and the his crew as we boarded. We entered into a well decorated lobby are where directed up a grand staircase to the third deck. Upon entering the dinning room we where in awe again. It was such a vast dinning room, with three chandleries. This made the Other ship we had been on, the Odyssey in Boston, look like a row boat. Everything look so wonderful. The lighting was just right, and the music was that was softly playing was just perfect. We where shown to our seat and our waiter came over shortly after. We ordered a signature drink at the suggestion of our waiter ( I can't remember the name), and we where not disappointed. My compliments to the bartender, a wonderfully balanced cocktail. We ordered our meals and where pleasantly surprised at the speed and efficiency of the food service. Our appetizers where very good. Our main courses, however, were outstanding. I had the chicken and my wife had the salmon. The level of quality of these dishes would be hard to match even at a land based fine dinning restaurant where you would pay twice as much and not get a lovely cruise included. They where both perfectly cooked and super flavorful. I am getting hungry just remembering it. Our desert was good, after the dinner, was tough to impress us. The entertainment was excellent, although the volume was a little high. We got up and danced for a while, soothing I had not done in years. We also checked out the upper deck, and although it was cold, the views did not disappoint. In too soon we where pulling back in and getting off. It seemed that as we left everyone on the boat thanked us for cruising with them, even the Captain was at the gangway thanking everyone as the left. What a great last impression. I thought the cruise was great, and I would defiantly do it again.
Referred by my personal Physician as the best acupuncturist in the city and I agree, my physicians family considers this practice as a member of their personal family health care system and the preferred first choice for most of their health needs. Nothing too small or too great a problem for them they CAN heal just about any heath concern in your body that you can think of, the science of acupuncture is truly all absorbing in the scope and range of their ability to care for each patient by assessing the patients health needs and then treating the patient and healing you of your ailment as quickly and as noninvasive as possible so that you can move on to living a full, happy and healthy life just as you were before your ailment. As to your thoughts of pain in treatment; in the rare case of pain during treatment it will be absolutely minimal and last for a very short moment, this is related to deep tissue damage in injury or illness lasting a long time which also denotes that this type of patient in in excessive pain most of the time and in serious need of acupuncture treatment as soon as possible. You will feel the benefits of treatment right away, I mean right there then and now as the treatment is being given to you. While you are receiving treatment you will feel the reduction of pain immediately during the course of your treatment, yeah for real. This facility is clean, and the needles are for one time use only, disposable and of course never reused (Gross)the placement of these tiny acupuncture needles are carefully and quickly placed on the patient and absolutely nothing is usually felt by the patient often leaving the first time patient wondering when the doctor is going to start placing them, I often had the feeling of a feather being whisked down my back or along the injured area during the placement of these teeny tiny needles that are so thin it's hard to believe. These are in no way shape or form related to the big chunky vaccination needles used by doctors for the administration of medicines; these tiny ultra slim acupuncture needles are so fine you can only compare them to the thickness of a human hair. The cost of each treatment is same and can be taken out of your weekly food costs in comparison by simply deleting the expense of the average persons junk food list. Way less cost than a night out more comparable to the cost of a movie date, even then probably less. Some injuries do require treatments usually lasting between 6-12 sessions. When you sessions are through so is the Pain. What you get in return is whatever you ask for, the end of pain, the ability to regain a healthy body, a sound mind, a clean path to enjoy the freedom of life to its fullest with a new outlook on life and the lesson behind you. You can not put a price tag on your heath or the health of your loved ones, but when health care is this good at these prices ehhehhmm move your behind.
I just got my bathroom remodeled by Bella, and I continue to enjoy it every single day, as well as my children. The tub is finally big enough for the kids to pretend "swim" in, and we thank Tom for suggesting to go with the bigger tub to suite our family needs. If you are a parent, you know how tough bathtime can be, and ever since the guidance I got from Tom and the project manager, bath time with the kids has been so pleasant. The functionality of my bathroom now is just amazing, I have space in the double vanity we got, I have space in the linen closet we got, I have shower in coves (tiled) for all our shampoos and such (which now the kids cant get to). The workmanship from this company and their carpenters is just impeccable. Any issue we came across, they handled immediately and with perfection. There was just one small issue with tile date arrival (partly my fault for picking special order tile), but Tom was able to get the girls in the office to research and track down my tile so there was absolutely NO delay! I was very impressed with everyones work ethic from start to finish. The finish is great and we are so happy. If you want your bathroom done in a timely manner, with all the great design details and functionality for your family, then contact these guys. I kid you not, it was such a pleasure! Thank you to Tom, Eric, and all the staff at Bella!
