Forteza i kind of amazing. It' unlike any other gym or martial art chool I've ever vi ited; you walk in and you feel like you've tepped back a century or three (or five). Here' a group of tudent training in medieval Italian word-fighting, over there' a cla in B...moreartit u, which i a mixed martial art from 19th century England. In the per onal training area at the back of the tudio, people are lifting kettlebell and hauling around ma ive rope and truck-tire . The taff and in tructor are very experienced and friendly and there' a really intere ting mix of tudent /member . IMO Forteza appeal be t to imaginative, creative people who like a bit of hi tory mixed in with full-on workout .view less
