This is one of my more favorite pull places in Memphis. i dont know what to say about the workers cause usually i dont speak to them and they dont speak to me. but im sure they would be friendly if you talked to them. the prices are not to bad depending on what you get. seats will cost you about 60 bucks a piece and you can get them at another place in town for only 15 a piece. i will say this tho, they have the best selection of seats that i have seen in Memphis. they will also let you keep some small items that are not on your lists. i like it. the selection of vehicles is smaller that some of the other yards but i look for ford explorer and they have just as many as any other place in town. not a bad place imo!
We were a party of 4 from Ontario Canada and the UK touring the southern states and had suffered a jammed sun roof on a Ford Flex. A visit to a Ford main dealer led to a bodged repair and the loss of over 80 dollars. When the jammed open sunroof became a real problem due to the excessive noise and threat of heavy rain we called in to Automotive design and had the pleasure of dealing with Casey and Tim (the owner). The roof was soon correctly repaired and we left after paying a very reasonable bill. If you ever need a trustworthy and capable firm this is the one. Friendly too, a pleasure to deal with. David Leslie spells "service". I recently had a problem with my SUV failing to start. It went to the hospital at Fox Plaza. It remained for a week as they ran diagnostics and monitored its performance. David and the team at Fox Plaza left no stone unturned to ensure that I would not be stranded because the vehicle would not start. The most amazing part was the cost. It was totally unexpected. I was concerned because of the time they spent trying to resolve the issue....there was a flat fee and parts. WOW!!!! I highly recommend Fox Plaza, for there you will find an auto repair shop with a team that cares.
