Starr Uniform does not care about their customers.
I ordered 6 jackets for our EMS agency on Feb 15, 2012, and expected to receive them within 7 days, as I paid for UPS Ground shipping. After no word and no product a week later, I followed up and inquired as to the status of the order. I was informed that the jackets were out of stock at the time I ordered them, but that they had been shipped by the supply company. I was a little disappointed, but understood. I asked them to contact me with a tracking number when the jackets shipped.
Another week passed with no new information from Starr, and no communication of any kind. I called the office on March 6, 2012 (20 days after the original order was placed) and was told that the jackets had shipped that morning. There would be a delay, however, in getting the tracking code, since shipping was in another part of the building.
The next morning, I got the tracking number, and to my surprise saw that the item had NOT been shipped. When the jackets finally arrived March 14, 2012 (28 days after the order date!), it was confirmed that the label wasn't even printed until after I spoke with the customer service rep.
He lied to me directly, and the company has not responded to multiple requests for a follow-up after we received the jackets.
Do not waste your time with Starr Uniforms. They will be nothing but a headache.
