        I've lived here for a little o...

        I've lived here for a little over a year and I've never had a problem. The office is so nice and friendly and they really work with you. It's right by old town scottsdale so there's lots of new places to eat at or go to. It's right inbetween Scottsdale Fashion Square and Tempe MarketPlace so depending on your budget you can go to either. THere's a Fry's right around the cornder on McDowell. You see people walking their dogs and everyone's pretty friendly. It's mostly college students or older but there are some families around. It's a nice area and it's not expensive at all, especially for Scottsdale area. I would definatly recommend it.
