- Where Pets Go On Vacation since 1987 Focused on whole life pet care, the combined businesses of Raintree Pet Resort + Medical Center will extend pet wellness from fun and socialization to prevention, diagnostic, treatment and post-operative health spa experiences. Raintree Pet Resort + Medical Center is a new expansion of Raintree Pet Resort. Raintree Pet Resort + Medical Center has a full time veterinarian, Benjamin Savard, DVM. He received his doctorate from Colorado State University College of Veterinary Medicine and has a special interest in exotic pets. The medical center will focus on comprehensive pet care with personalized attention from Dr. Savard. Raintree Pet Medical Center offers dentistry, general and soft tissue surgery, total life care, in house pharmacy, laser light therapy and new state of the art equipment and facilities. Our focus is on the total health and wellness of your pets as well as building excellent client relationships. Raintree Pet Resort continues to be the premiere pet boarding and day care facility in the greater Phoenix, Arizona metropolitan area. Family owned and operated since 1987 and located in luxurious north Scottsdale, we are the place "Where Pets Go On Vacation!" We offer various size rooms and spacious deluxe suites to perfectly suit and dog's needs, a separate cattery with a large salt water aquarium for our feline friends' entertainment as well as a special room for birds and exotics. While on vacation with us, your pets can enjoy our indoor and outdoor play yards, heated in ground swimming pool, splash pad, snow days, gourmet holiday meals, individual or group play sessions, customized activity schedules and an enormous amount of love, care and attention. We've been boarding our cat here several times a year for many years. We've never had a problem, They are very caring and very understanding of our paranoia about our "baby". I have nothing but great things to say about Raintree and would recommend them to anyone
My dog has been going to Raintree for over 3 years. He is a very active dog and when they see him becoming groggy - they pull him from group play and place him in an area that is still wonderful but allows him to relax. They are very attentive to my dog's mood and circumstances of the day. He goes at least 4 or 5 days a week and there has not been ONE issue. I have been to at least 3 other dog resorts until I found this one.
The facility is great. The entire staff is very friendly, professional and very caring. Thank you for helping me out in a very late notice, I really appreciated it.

Raintree Pet Resort + Medical Center gave me updates when I pick them up and I would recommend this resort as a dog friend place. They are not caged and allowed to roam the area's outside that also includes a pool!
My dog stayed at this resort for the first time over spring break. We really enjoyed the experience and play to use this resort again next when we vacation over the summer. When I picked up my baby, she was clean and happy. During her stay, she enjoyed special treats, all day play with other dogs and received a bath before her departure. When we picked her up, the front desk staff gave us ADORABLE pictures of her with her "new friends." I learned that Raintree also offers "doggie daycare" so my dog can come play with her friends anytime without having to board overnight. This resort is truly top of the line. All of the staff was friendly and personable. I could tell that they really saw how special my precious dog was and truly bonded with her.
This place is wonderful for my dogs that go mostly 2 days a week. I have been to many other locations throughout the area and I have never come across such nice DOG people.
The second day we dropped him off our dog, one of his play-buddies from the earlier day (Doc) was being brought in at the same time, and it was clear they were excited to see each other and to be there as well. When we left for the final day, Amanda was so sweet, saying how much they would miss my dog and to please come back when we were in the area. I give this place and the staff my highest recommendation; indeed, finding Raintree was one of the highlights of our vacation.
This place is fabulous! We were traveling from our home in Eugene, OR, to the Scottsdale, AZ area for a week vacation. I checked the internet, found this facility, and e-mailed them to see if they would consider taking our 4 year old black lab (Shadow) for a few days of day care so we could do some sight-seeing (too hot to leave him in the car). Amanda responded and was so nice in her e-mails that we were looking forward to meeting her. We dropped Shadow off the first day and were greeted warmly by the staff who was expecting us. The facility was beautiful, complete with a below ground pool, which Shadow loved.
I will recommend you to anyone looking for boarding! Thanks so much for trying to accommodate us as best as possible! :)
Anyway, the facility is absolutely amazing! Smiling & friendly girls greeted us & offered us a tour. Inside kennels were spotless, no scent of dogs anywhere, very quiet & specious. We walked outside to see a large in ground swimming pool & about 7-10 dogs swimming & playing with tennis balls, having a blast!!! On the other side of the fence was a little splash park for other dogs that do better on their own & don't play so nice with others. It was very fun to watch & we are seriously considering doing daycare there for our fur baby as she would love it!
