Bicycles of Phoenix

This is the best bike shop in town. Walk in the door and receive nothing but service and helpful bike enthusiasts. From flats to installing ceramic bearings this is the place. I can honestly say that this is the only bike shop I will ever go to again. I'm done with people trying to sell me something I don't need, bike snobbery and zero customer service. This is the place to buy a cruiser, a hybrid to a Giant Propel or SLO. You name it they will gladly give it to you or order it for you. I am so happy to walk in to a bike shop with all employees just simply asking me how my day is going. This is a rare shop where people come first and egos are left at the door. Don't know how many bike shops I've walked in to and have been completely ignored or gottten a snotty comment. This isn't that place. I've seen mechanics belittle people and sales crews over sell customers, once again this shop gives the complete opposite approach. Great job Andy and crew. Thank you!

We have purchased several bikes at this shop & they have needed some tweaking here and there. They quickly took care of any problems that we have had. I had a faulty shock from Fox that they replaced for me when Fox didn't want to do anything about it. Adrian is an amazing mechanic who takes his time to set up your bike correctly and is very knowledgable about all aspects of the bikes. Andy, Bradley, Tom, and the rest of the staff are always very helpful as well. If you want an honest opinion about anything bike related, this is the place to go.

This is the shop to go to for anything related to bicycling! Novice or avid cyclist, these people can help you. Can't really say enough about how they treat their customers. Nice to find a place where customer satisfaction really is a priority! This is also the only shop I have found where they offer veterans a discount on anything in the store. How cool is that!? No pressure to buy anything which is important to me. All the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Do yourself a favor-go in and visit this place. You will be glad you did.

My husband and I have been looking at bikes for awhile now, we finally decided it was time to make a decision. We drove around the valley looking at several brands and stores to find a bike we like as well as satisfactory customer service.

We called Bicycles of Phoenix and was pleasantly surprised by the level of service over the phone. As soon as we walked in the door Andy had us sized up and seem to just know what we were looking for. After looking around and trying out several bikes we both walked out with bikes that we are thrilled to own.

Andy and his team made sure our new bikes were ready as well as adding the new accessories we purchased, AND then proceeded to help us set up the rack for our truck. The employees all had a positive attitude and were very helpful.

I have no doubt we will be back whenever we have any bike needs.

I could have bought a bike anywhere, probably gotten a similar deal, but what I wouldn't have found is the excellent customer service given by Andy and his crew. I drove all over town checking out new bikes, spent a lot of time in shops and in a few of them I didn't even get a "hello" when I walked in the door - and loitered around and poked and prodded bikes without being asked in most cases what i was looking for. Bikes aren't cheap these days and it's a must to feel good about where you're dropping serious coin. Hell, his wife was working in the shop to help out that day and didn't let me out for a test ride without making sure I got a cold bottle of water from her when I came back in. I have found "my" new LBS in Bicycles of Phoenix, and this is coming from a guy that has done my own wrenching and ordering of parts online for so long I don't NEED an LBS. But I like these guys and enjoy their vibe - so they will get my business no matter how minute going forward. Looking forward to picking up my new Cannondale next week! Thanks Andy, Thomas and crew!

This is a great bicycle shop. While I am not in the market for a bike at this time I look forward to the time in which I am, good prices and a lot to choose from. This place has been top notch servicing my existing bicycles and I could not be happier.

I did a great deal of research online and calling many local bike shops before purchasing an adult tricycle, At Bicycles of Phoenix I not only found the product I was looking for at a good price, but that most elusive commodity, excellent customer service. They are knowledgeable, efficient and most helpful. They have gone above and beyond what would normally be expected to assist me. I do not usually write reviews, but Bicycles of Phoenix deserves my highest recommendation.

If they had a couch in the place they would not be able to get rid of me. I just got a new Giant Rapid 2 from Andy and I love my bike. They explained all the differences of the bikes to me while servicing my Haro X6. They told me for my current ride style that I would love this bike. They were right. The staff is very knowledgable and my Haro has never rode so nice and switched gears so fluidly as after it was in their shop for a Tune-Up.
