this is by far the worst phone call you will ever make. this guy not only has ZERO professional experience - but he will lie to you and say whatever top put a smile on your face. weve been sitting with a broken heater for almost a month. call him daily, when he picks up he says hes coming; then flakes and fwds calls for a week, then calls back when hes NOT BUSY. absolutely worst business ive encountered while in scotts valley and that says alot about the tweakers out here.

Andrew came out and did a fine job of repairing the dryer in our dental office. He was mistakenly paid twice for his work, and refuses, after three months of pursuit, to refund the overpayment. In fact, he refuses to return phone calls. Too bad. The work was fine but it means nothing if the business is unethical.
