The owner is rude. A dog food company offers a promotion through this store the owner decided to change the rules without the consumer or I even think the dog food company. The owner does not want to honor the promotion if you are not spending more money. He and his staff raise their voice when you ask for an explanation. I hear just fine but a revolving promotion change was confusing. Another store policy is that if you return something that you purchased 30 seconds before they charge you 10% fee. He claimed the bank charges him that. Crazy! I guess that is one way to insure a better bottom line. Really bad business practice !
