Marshall Shredding

They have been good and reliable. We recently had additional files to shred that we didn't put in the bin because it would have been too heavy and would have over-flowed. We were charged an additional fee for these files.

When we inquired about it they stated that a notice had gone out, which we didn't receive. They didn't seem to care that we didn't receive it or that for the over 2 years that we've been a customer that more often than not we didn't even have half of the bin filled. They held to the additional charge.

Not what I would call a customer oriented decision.

We are a business with offices here in Austin / San Antonio that generates some confidential documents. I called these guys because they are local. They were very prompt and now come on a monthly bases so I do not have to use room at business storing my information. I also have hard drives I have to discard of and they are able to assist with that as well. They come highly recommended!

Marshall Shredding gets 4 stars from the time someone answers the phone until picking up your papers that need to be shredded. There's NO machine, a live person answers the phone--always!!! We trust them so much with our sensitive information that we have had them destroy our hard drives. This company gets an A++ for professionalism, politness, punctuality, etc. I highly recommend Marshall Shredding for any type of service they offer.

I used this service to shred 50 boxes out of my office. Everyone was so helpful and polite, from the people in the office to the guys who showed up and completed the job right then and there. I would highly recomend this service to anyone needing a service like this.
