        Overall

        I have always go to the fantastic sams by HEB, I love the haircuts but after today will never go back.

        Hairstylists would rather chit chat with each other than cut hair

        Receptionist would rather spend more time in the back than looking after customers

        They have started having people sign in then go do errands so when they come back from their errands they are in front of you in line

        One hour and 20 minutes wasted time today with no haircut
