        Overall

        I had a nice young man give me a quote for new a/c but could never get a call back to schedule the installation. After many attempts and apologies by the office staff, I gave up. They then said they would make it up and give me a free plumbing inspection which they did. A bathtub drain wouldn't hold water and I was told that it would $85 to fix it so I said fine. What they failed to mention was close a $100 service charge on top of that. Still, that would have been somewhat OK, but as he is leaving he said we should think about replacing the drain mechanism entirely! What! Why didn't he say that why he was working on it and give me the chance to tell him to replace it why he was there rather than incurring another service charge. Not impressed.
