Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattress Store

Purchased a sectional and loveseat for two different rooms in house. The store did not have the sectional on display but purchased it and had delivered Tuesday. I called Schenectady ny store Thursday morning and spoke with store manager Steve saying did not like way looked etc and wanted possible return for better set. The 2 pieces cost me 3K. I was told no return policy as once it is delivered I own it. I did find it in very (small print) on the book after delivery guys left. I had planned go there this weekend purchase adjustable base and kind size mattress plus kitchen set which will cost least 5k. Needless to say they lost a customer forever. I understand if the set i bought was worn etc but i called them less then 48 hours from when i received it plus they didn't even have this sectional in there store for demo yet it was there big sale item. Very unhappy way they do buisness and they don't care about customer satisfaction only the SALE.
