My DodgeJourney SXT was 6 mos old when someone smashed into it. I brought it to Lia, and was overwhelmed by their professionalism. I had dealt with Brian Sheehan, Christian at the reception desk and Danielle. Brian ordered all the parts and everything was there on time. He were very confident and professional. They had it for 5 days, he gave me a loaner also, because I didn't have rental insurance on my policy. I drove in to pick my car up and was greeted right away. Returned my loaner and he even started and heated up my car. My car was immaculate and all clean too. I was so glad to get it back. My experience was exceptional, everything went according to plan. They were so helpful, courteous and professional. Truly customer service oriented. I am happy to be a part of this dealership. I was with another one for six years left because I could get the price I wanted on a new vehicle. Lia, has gone way beyond my expections. Looks like I am a customer for life. Thank you so much.

I got my truck into an accident, took it to Lia for repair. It sat in the parking lot for 3 weeks before they brought it in to remove the parts to be replaced. that night they put it outside. during that night somone carfully took out the back window and stole my amplifier from UNDER the seat. Icalled the cops and went down there to make a report, after, the cop said that it looked like an "inside job". It seemed funny to me to that it sat 3 weeks and was nt touched until somebody saw what was in it in the shop.They said they were not responsable for items left in vehicles which gives them free ticket to take what they want. That amp cost me over $300 and they would not even take that off my bill which was over$3000. I will never buy a truck from them, or bring anything to them for repair and neither should you.
