        My husband and I originally got our flat rubber roof completely redone in Nov 2013 by Cousins Construction. At first we were very happy, but 18 months later, our new roof sprung a leak... which resulted in water damage in each floor of our 2 story duplex. Cousins was unreachable for about 4 or 5 days while we tried to contact them, until they finally arrived on the scene - to tell us that we needed a plumber to fix the drain that they had installed! Needless to say, with the lack of emergency response customer service and extreme un-professionalism, my husband and I have still to deal with the damage this leak caused, and we have been out of our home for over a month so far as a result of this nightmare mess, with no end in sight. (we have no usable bathroom and the water damage has been ever increasing.) Not to mention that I am 5 months pregnant, and we had to kennel our 2 dogs and our cat. Living out of a hotel room and stressing out about clean laundry has been a direct result of having made the mistake of going with Cousins Construction to begin with. We do not want this to happen to anyone else. Beware.
