They manage our condo association, and are great. It's like night and day between the previous management companies and APM. Co-Owner Stephen Spector seems very dedicated to serving clients. Some problems have cropped up in the past because of an answering service they have used (don't know if it's the same as they have now). Residents don't understand that the answering service is an outside vendor hired. I think the company sometimes has been blamed for the rudeness of the answering service staff.
