Quick Wash

Brought four newly purchased pillows & other clothing to wash at this place and boy, it turned out to be a huge mistake. Whenever I pass this place by, the place is always empty; I thought "great", no crowd-no wait but now I know why. I used six of the larger load machines; the washer doesn't clean/wash properly, still leaving the soapy detergent at the end of cycle. I had to re-wash everything twice and without using any detergent, it still had detergents left over from the previous cycle. I was horrified to find all eight of the dryers that I used caused questionable black dirt marks all over the pillows and clothing. I took the photos of them and showed them to an attendant working at the time. She gave me the owner's phone # but when I called the owner, Diane M., for the first time to report the incident, she actually pretended and said that I got a wrong number. Guessing that the attendant must have alerted her, I re-dialed, and a voice mail of Diane M. answered. Only when I left a message about how I took all the photos, she finally returned my call saying she will refund my money. I spent over $50 re-washing/drying but since the darker color clothing could hide the marks until the next wash, I was being nice and asking only $16 for the damaged new pillows and other whites. Two weeks passed and no sign of the refund check. I left few more messages afterwards but still no check. Now, I know why this place is so empty all the time; Bad machines and worst customer service. Keep your coins and do your business elsewhere. This place doesn’t clean your clothes; it makes them worse.
