Called at the recommmendation of the service person that came to my house yesterday to set up the appointment time and/or time slot for the follow up visit with the part he ordered. An extremely rude man answered the phone and told me my request was absurd and that the technician would not have told me to call to request a time, as this company does not adhere to such a policy, then he told me to call Nicor for another provider because he was cancelling my appointment. What?!? I asked to speak with the owner and/ or manager and he said he was the owner and THEN hung up on me. All because I wanted a time slot on when to expect the follow up visit. FYI, I had a time slot provided my first visit. I have never been spoken to so rudely before. I find it absurd you can run a business like this hanging up on customers because they ask what time to expect your visit. Unbelievable! What the hell just happened?
