My family moved here from Chicago and on the recommendation of two professional ballet teachers, we have fallen in love with the Christine Rich Studio! The studio is spectacular and HUGE! We weren't used to that in Chicago. But the teachers are amazing and Christine is one of a kind. SHe has an in with kids and I so appreciate the warmth at the studio and the fact that it accomodates parents very nicely. I feel welcomed and there are all these wonderful little touches like art, great waiting room music, TV observation monitors or viewing in front of the classes, gorgeous landscaping...just things that add up when you're used to not having them. There is so much organization and I think that translates to security for my daughter. My 8 year old is a little timid and we are glad we moved to Champaign with less noise and traffic. She seems to do better. Dance is her thing and she loves Christine's class where there is this -I'm not sure if I can explain it- quality of excitment and calmness at the same time. In other words the dance classes at Christine Rich Studio have an excitement so she want s to attend but there's also a calmness so that she can focus. Hope that makes sense. The neighborhood is safe and beautiful and I like that too. I also like that Christine as the owner is approachable as that's not always the case. I think this studio is on par or above actually over the studios in Chicago. We also were very welcomed by Champaign, Urbana and Savoy and are happy to join this community!
Just fabulous and worth every penny. I just love this dance studio. We had to move for 6 months and I promise you we missed Christine Rich Studio the most. We are back in town now and my 3 girls are soooooo happy. We couldn't find dance instruction even close when we moved out of state. Either they didn't offer all that CRS has or it cost more. One of my girls just likes hip hop. Another loves ballet. and the third does ballet, acrobatics, jazz, tap, stretch, Irish, strength. They all can be happy under one roof. Oh and I love the building. It's full of art and CLEAN. In the other state all the studios were dusty and had grime. You can't go wrong with the Christine Rich Studio and you can only go right!
