FedEx does NOT care about their service. They deliver to a wrong address and then claim they didn't do anything wrong! It is up to you to find it!! Don't even bother calling because they don't care. Don't even bother going to their shipping facility, either. They just don't care. They are also rude and appear to resent their customers bothering them especially when they are in a hurry to lock the door and go home. FedEx used to be great a couple of decades ago, now they stink.

Fedex is the most irritating delivery service. They deliver a package for which the sender requires a signature. No one is home and will not be during the delivery hours of Fedex any day. The package is returned to the Ship Center, but the Ship Center has no telephone number so that the recipiant can talk to a live human being and ask that they hold the package so that the recipiant can come to the facility and sign for it, even though it is at the airport where it is convenient for...view more the recipiant. If FedEx delivers your package to the wrong address, they consider it lost. They didn't lose it, they delivered it to the wrong address, how is that lost, it's their screw up. All you get is we're sorry, the bussiness will have to send another one. I guess we just order things for the fun of it and don't really need them, thats the attitude FedEx has. Good thing I don't order my blood pressure meds though mail order. I might be dead before i got them.
