        A Unprofessional Agent

        I have been eagerly looking for a house to rent.Looking on line & driving place to place searching for the "this is the house" and found it located East of San Rafael. I called the management company that had the listing. Made a appointment to view the house. Where there with the agent of the management company and dam he has no application on site and does not even show me the house. I am not sure what kind of training these agencies ask for before they employ there agents but dam a little organization & charm would be a better approach to renting the houses listed under there company. The house has been vacate for several months. Iam sure the owner of the property would have been very disapointed and concerned beside myself at the lack of motivation.
