Sauk Prairie Harley-Davidson

I would like to give a great big THANK YOU to the gang at SPHD, Several weeks ago after a stop at the dealership on our way up north, we was 4 miles north on highway 12 when my compensator decided to self destruct and take out my motor, trans, primary, and stator. After a tow back to the dealership on Sunday, the mechanic couldn't find out the quick fix before the dealership closed. We got a ride back to Janesville and waited for the news on Monday. A call from Drew in service confirmed the bad news that my entire mechanical drive train was destroyed, with a very high repair bill. Virgil Wolf the owner called a bit later to say he had a call into the factory to see if they could help. A call on Tuesday again from Virgil stated that the HD factory would help with the replacement of my drive train. Ron the mechanic did a wonderful job putting my bike back together and getting it running better then ever. The crew at SPHD went well above the call of duty to get me back on the road. If you have ever had thoughts about buying a bike from this dealer, let me tell you that this entire crew has HD in their blood. They believe in the product they sell and stand behind it as well. I would just like to let everybody know that my bike was bought at a different dealership and these great people didn't even ask where it was bought. Can you just imagine what they would do for you if your bike was bought there. I would also like to thank the Guys at the HD factory for standing behind the product that the build and sell. This REALLY confirms BUY AMERICAN is the way to go because it is the best. Again thanks to the GREAT crew a Sauk Prairie Harley Davidson for making a bad experience into a great experience. This is the best Harley Davidson dealership I have been to. They are friendly, caring, and make you feel like family when you walk through the door! I would recommend this dealer to anyone that is looking for a new motorcycle, service, motorclothes, etc. They are amazing and very community oriented!
