Dunkin'

I've never wrote a review before this one (good or bad), but I feel like my experience at Dunkin Donuts (south Broadway Saratoga Springs) should be noted. On Valentines day My wife and I entered a busy Dunkin Donuts and was helped at the counter by employee HANZ. Hanz gave my wife and I customer service that is unseen these days. He answered our questions promptly, correctly and with a smile. It was nice to see an employee who likes his job and doesn't mind going a little out of his way to make a differance. Thank you Hanz.. I normally don't go to this Dunkin Donuts only because it is a little out of my way enroute to work. But, because of Hanz's outstanding customer service, this Dunkin Donuts will be the only one I go to in the future. Outstanding Job.....Ray n Margie .....
