Do Not Purchase a Pool from Unique. Mike comes over and he was so nice I just had to purchase from him. I ask him if they did small pools like I wanted he said they did all sizes. ( I am Handicap and used a pool for movement and have since I was a child) I proceeded with him. When I ask him how long would it take he said 4 weeks from start. The contract was signed August 2020 and Now it is the end of January of 2021 and all I have is hole. If I questions he acts like a crazy man yelling and screaming... He dug the hole finally in Dec 2020. and the hole sat for one month So again I needed to stay on this and ask what the heck is going on. He then goes nuts again. He has mental issues and tries to make you feel like you are in the wrong. He told me to get someone else to do my 25000.00 pool he has big ones to do. I said that is just what I thought. He proceeded to scream. He says he screams because I ask him questions. ok? My question why he is nice when he wants me to sign a check but when he has spent his fair share he turns into a screaming person... He tells me to get someone else to finish. Sure he has been overpaid and the rest of the pool is labor ... Also I just read on another post he is going Bankrupt and that must be why he keeps asking me for money. Please stay away... there are a lot of nice pool companies out there, pass this one by and you will save yourself a bunch of problems..
