I have seen Dr. Stroble a few times now. Each time I kind of felt like she could have checked my body more throughly when conducting my annual exam. I always left wondering if she missed anything because she would only look at me for a few minutes. My husband went to her and felt the same.

Either way my main complaint is with the scheduling policy. I was running 20 minutes late for my appointment and when I got to the office I was told that if you're more than 10 minutes late your appointment is automatically cancelled and would need to be rescheduled. 10 minutes? Really? I understand completely that it was my fault for being late and that they have other patients. However, I was never informed of this policy when making any of my appointments. If I had known I would have cancelled my babysitter and saved myself the time and frustration of going there. It's also frustrating because this visit wasn't for an annual exam, it was for a potentially cancerous spot on my skin and it's scary to have to wait any longer than absolutely necessary. I called the office manager and she was basically like sorry, deal with it and just kind of blew me off. Overall, I would say they are not at all accommodating which also makes me feel like they really don't go the extra mile for their patients. It's disappointing and I will definitely never go back.
