Morton's Gourmet Market has been my go to for place for over a decade. The staff truly goes out of their way to accommodate you and they have great selection.

Morton's Market is one of a kind in Sarasota! It specializes in gourmet food, catering, and gift baskets. The wine shop, also called JD Ford Wine, has an amazing selection of wines at a reasonable price that you cannot find anywhere else. Once you've tried food from the bakery, deli, or meat department, you'll never need to settle with the blah foods provided by regular grocery stores. I think what makes this food so great is all the love and care put into it. It definitely has the "market" feel provided by the warm, smiling employees who are eager to help you.
