This is a response to Don Coy’s review who does not even live or travel to florida. We are sorry that your company delivery van was in a rear end accident and required repairs. Before starting repairs, we communicated with your company agent on multiple occasions, provided a written estimate and received written authorization to commence repairs with the understanding that payment in full would be due upon completion. No one from your company was ever advised by our office that your vehicle could be repaired in 3 days, it was just not possible due to the extent of the damage incurred. This was a rear end collision that required multiple replacement parts, repairs and paint refinish. It took longer than 3 days to receive the parts needed to even begin the repair process. That is just simply made up information from whoever told you that from your office. When your vehicle was completed, you are correct that your driver was notified and came to our shop on a Friday afternoon. You stated that shoddy workmanship was made but you nor anyone from your company had even seen or inspected the vehicle prior to your untrue written statement on the internet. This is just a slanderous vindictive lie on your part. We could not release your vehicle to your driver because he did not have a check with him and your office could not reach you for your authorization to use the company credit card. That’s it, plain and simple. He sat at our office playing phone tag with your office trying to figure out how payment was going to be made. Finally, he gave up waiting for a response from your office and left advising us that it would be resolved on Monday. We were then notified that an insurance company was going to pay for the repairs but that payment was not yet processed. We took photos as requested and forwarded them to your insurance company. All we did was repair your vehicle as requested and expect payment when it was picked up. The first time our office ever heard from you was on the following Wednesday. At that time you spoke to 3 different individuals from our office and threatened each one of us with physical attacks, extreme verbal abuse, litigation, and threats against our property including burning down our building all because we expected payment when your vehicle is picked up. We had no choice but to file an official police report against you. In over 20 years of business we have been fortunate to have never been put in a situation with such an unreasonable individual such as yourself. We do understand that you can use the internet for your spiteful lies and revenge, however we trust that any readers of your review will take your claims as such. Regardless, your vehicle has been properly repaired, it looks better than it did prior to the accident as we repaired all of the rust on the back doors that was NOT due to the collision. We are proud to be able to warranty all of our repairs for as long as you own your vehicle. We offer this warranty to all of our customers and will continue to do so in the future.

I was recommended to Fred from tom dion (mechanic down the street), and was a little skeptical because almost all auto body places overcharge. At least from my experiences. I met fred (owner), he was very friendly and courteous, and even recommended me to one of his buddies for a small dent in my BMW. I wasnt looking for a perfect job and obviously not looking to spend huge amount of money for something "i did" to my car. So that showed me his honesty and integrity by not trying to persuade me into doing work with him. So here we are months later, new car (lexus), and someone ended up side swiping me while at a red light. He took off, so i chased him down, called police, and come to find out no reg., no insurance! GREAT. well called up good ol freddy and he said ill take a look come down. He always answers the phone by the way and doesnt make u wait a week tonget an estimate either! Luckily , for the most part it was surface stuff from the jerk that hit me, but he got right on it, got out his tooks and made my car look like brand new, even shined up my headlights that were starting to turn yellow! GREAT, INEXPENSIVE PRICING, VERY HONEST GUY THAT KNOWS HIS STUFF!!! HAND DOWN! GO SEE HIM! I dont recommend him, I swear by him, I tell all my friends & family go see fred "the magician"
Wonderful! I took my new Equinox in on Thursday afternoon, June 19 as I had damaged part of the inner lower front bumper in a parking space strip at work. They looked at the damage, told me they could fix it immediately and at NO Cost to me. Well I was a little skeptical, but I figured why not. They took the car around to the service area and in 10 minutes the car was returned to me in absolutely perfect condition. The gentleman politely handed me back my keys and did not charge me a dime. WOW! Considering the condition of the lower bumper, ripped up and a piece hitting the road every time I braked, I was absolutely astounded. What wonderful people. I recommend them to everyone.
