Italia Pizza

I have heard some bad reviews of the dinning experience eating in here but dont blow them off too quickly! I often order pizza delivered to my home when I have friends over and dont feel like cooking. I have tried many different places and this place has impressed more of my friends than anywhere else. The price is right and the pizza is good.

After getting very bad service three weeks ago, my wife and I thought perhaps this establishment deserved a second chance. Boy! are we suckers or what?

We arrived and were seated at 6:15 P.M. I made note of the time because of our previous experience with this place.

It didn't take long to see that we had made a big mistake with this place. During our 90+ min wait. we were able to get 1 pitcher of flat beer and 2 glasses of wine. Our order never came and there was no communication from the waiter as to why. We had notice that some people , but not all, had arrived after we were seated, were served, and left, including a family with young children. My wife cornered the waiter to see what the problem was with our order. The waiter return several minutes later and said we were on the "30 minute list" Immediately the wife inquired if we were placed on the 60 minute list prior to getting on the 30 minute list. He didn't get the joke. Needless to say, it was time to go. We stop to see the ,manager?, who could only provide the wrong answer to this dilemma." We are busy, sorry". Yeah, we're sorry also as you'll be if you try eating at this place. Perhaps bringing a small snack in a brown bag will help get you through the waiting period. There is some entertainment worth watching for...we noted that our waiter liked to carry silverware to the various tables tucked under his arm, as in the armpit.
