Finding a great service center where the staff live and serve with intergity is hard to do these days. We have a 1995 Ford Exploder with 200,000+ miles on it. It had several issues that we talked with Linn, the owner about. He took the time and let us know what was absolutely necessary to fix and what we would be looking at in the near future. Very communicative and helpful. My mom told me to go to Cool Master because she received great service there. I went there three times and was left disappointed each time. The owner of the shop is usually the person behind the desk and he has been rude and condescending to me on two occasions. They don't call you to give you any updates on how your car is doing.
