We're traveling through town and stopped to look at new rvs. The manager, Alicia, was very friendly and knowledgeable. Never felt pressured. Asked a lot of questions about our needs in an rv. We plan to come back here when we purchase in the spring.

After owning my trailer for seven years, the day came when I needed my spare and low and behold the one I purchased from North Coast was the incorrect rim size. As frustrating as that was, I was a little concerned about what North Coast would say after all it had been 7 years. I called talk to Alicia and without hesitation she offered to correct the problem and even asked where I was and if she could be of assistance. Honestly, I wasn't expecting that I was just calling to vent and in the end they made it right. I'll definitely buy my next trailer from North Coast RV.
