        Overall

        I am sure that most brides feel the same way I did when I began planning for my wedding, overwhelmed. Who knew all the choices that needed to be made? After my groom and my dress, my choice to hire Gary and Emerald Coast Catering was the best decision!



        He listened to my vision and we worked out a menu and the other details followed. It was not stressful at all the day of the wedding. His people showed up and set up the tables and chairs and tablecloths, set up the food tables and bar and were gone. My friends were able to decorate in plenty of time for the wedding.



        After the ceremony his servers were there greeting my guests and directing them to the rest room and the bar. They were polite and helpful all evening. The food was unbelievable! I had the Grill Station and Celebrate the Sea Station. The selections were wonderful, my guests were so happy.



        Thank you to Gary and his staff. I highly recommend him!
