Alison and her team are simply awesome.



I was introduced to her practice 4+ years ago. I was a day away from a family vacation and had the misfortune of chipping my front tooth completely in half while mountain biking the day before.



I was completely blown away at the treatment I received. After explaining my situation, she immediately made room in her schedule for me. Then the whole team stayed late (not 30 minutes, not 1 hour, but several hours) to resolve the trauma (aka root canal and xrays for any additional damage) as well as fashioning me a provisional crown. Doc Williams took time to build up the temporary crown so that the color and shape were a near perfect match....and it lasted much longer than intended (I'm a procrastinator and didn't get the permanent crown immediately).



Once I got my act together and got back into the office to create the permanent crown, the dedication and perfectionism continued. She held the crown against my other teeth in multiple lighting environments: indoor fluorescent, incandescent, outdoor shaded, outdoor sun. And she wasn't completely satisfied.



We hopped in her car and traveled to manufacturer's offices. An equally dedicated crew, the doctor worked with the staff adding color, baking and then checking the color under a magnifier. Mind you, I was already happy with the color, they weren't. When they were happy, we traveled back to her office and we completed the process.



I DID NOT PAY ANY ADDITIONAL MONEY FOR THE EFFORT THE DOCTOR AND HER TEAM EXHIBITED.



Needless to say, I've been with her ever since. It was convenient when I worked in the nearby area but I have since moved on professionally. Not-to-fail, I've always been greeted with such warmth on every visit and given such top notch service that I happily travel the 23 miles from my home to continue getting my dental needs taken care of by Dr. Williams. Appointments are always on time without overbookings. Great care is taken to insure you're as comfortable and stress free as possible (with sharp metal objects in your mouth). And hugs are free.



OF ALL THE BUSINESSES I'VE INTERACTED WITH IN MY LIFE, I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED THE LEVEL OF SERVICE I'VE GOTTEN FROM ALISON. I DON'T TAKE 5-STAR RATINGS LIGHTLY. IF MY EXPERIENCE DESCRIBED HERE WERE YOURS, COULD YOU THINK OF ANY LESS THAN 5 STARS?
