Easiest car lease ever! Michael in their internet sales department was quick to respond to emails, provided a rock bottom price out of the gate, pickup was a breeze. Highly recommended.

I been going back and back to this dealership for a few good reason. The works there are friendly and very helpful and while u sit there waiting for your car they got u cover with the take as many as u want snacks the parts guy r as well very helpful n honest matter fact the whole place made me feel like I could trust them n not trying to just sell u things u really don't need at the moment like other places I been to so if u having doubts of this dealership have no more good people there for sure

My experience at Santa Monica Acura was wonderful is all I can say. People were straight forward, honest and very friendly. I love my new TSX, the service guys are also very nice.

I have to wonder about some of the mean-spirited reviews in this list. It's like they were written or arranged for by another (competitive) car dealer. They certainly don't resemble my experiences. I purchased my TL from Santa Monica Acura because they offered me the best deal and even though my particular package wasn't in their inventory, they found the car for me within six hours. Robert, the service rep I use, is always helpful and knowledgeable. My overall impression is that they go out of their way to accommodate customer needs, are courteous and provide outstanding service. What more can you ask for?

Santa Monica Acura hooked me up. Doing business with this dealership is a must if your looking to buy a new fuel efficient car. And the service department really know their stuff.

After purchasing backup sensors w installation at the Acura online E-Store for Santa Monica Acura, I contacted the dealership to confirm and found out the the online deal was much cheaper than what they normally charge.



I went in for the service and got the backup sensors, but the car was scratched all over the trunk and side panels, and grease was all over the area too.



I came back and Acura had a body shop buff out the scratches and fix it, but, they also buffed a plastic part around the fog lamp, which made it look horrible.



So I went back to get that replaced, and they did. Days later it started raining and I noticed my windshield wipers were gone. I believe there is sabotage going on at this dealership and it started from the moment I got my "good deal" online. They scratched my trunk on purpose, and stole my wipers too. NOT a good place to get service done.
