The credentialed Executive Director, Sam Rosenberg is rumored to be the nicest guy you'll ever meet, despite his law degree and black belt. Maybe they're just afraid to say otherwise? But with employees working at Holiday Villa East for over 30 years and tenants who have resided here for almost 25 years ( Levy almost made 104) he must be doing something right.

        Top Notch Retirement Community

        Holiday Villa West feel like a country club, with wonderful service and different activities every day. Its the sort of retirement community where you feel you would be comfortable and would enjoy being taken care of.



        I have had patient there and when I visited them I must say the warmth and friendliness of the entire staff was most encouraging. and the residents seem happy too.



        Sam Rosenberg runs this delightful resort home for those who can't or don't want to have to take care of the little details any more. He is a kind and sympathetic man and his influence pervades the community.
