I guess I’d actually give this hotel about 3 1/2 stars, following a stay there of over a week. The front desk staff and others were very professional and friendly. The lobby is inviting and nicely done, and the open area behind it is even nicer. Bright, cheerful, and certainly attractive and open. The rooms are spacious and quite nice. The maid service, though, leaves a good bit to be desired. On certainly more than one occasion, the room was not replenished properly; insufficient glasses and/or styrofoam cups, no bath soap left, even lack of washcloths on one occasion. And I did tip, so. . . . I wish I could recommend the Vintage Grill that’s part of the hotel. The sign says “Please Wait To Be Seated” when you enter, but not even ONCE was there someone there to seat a customer without needing to wait until someone eventually noticed I was waiting. And that can take some time to happen. Really poor in this respect. The seating is nice, and it’s comfortable. If you’re seated next to the window looking out toward the runway, that’s quite nice! The waiter/waitress service, maybe 2 to 3 1/2 stars. Varies. The food is reasonably good, but not great. Relatively expensive. Not generally good value for the amount spent. No question you can, and probably will, get more and better for your money eating elsewhere. As a generality, I can and do recommend staying here, but with the caveats that I’ve written about. The prices of the rooms are worth the rates charged, but no question there are improvements needed I've written about!

The Mothers Day Sunday brunch was poorly stocked in several stations and some popular offerings missing from previous visits. Definitely not as good an experience as previous occasions.
