The instructors at Elite MMA Academy really know what they are doing. They emphasize perfect technique while giving everyone a great cardio workout. No student is neglected and the instructors work closely with the students to make sure they are getting the most out of their time at the gym. The instrucors bring their experience and enthusiasm to the mat and everyone leaves with sharper skills and cardio. It is a friendly, family oriented environment. It is a clean facility all around--clean mats and clean personalities: there is no swearing at this gym, and everyone leaves thier egos at the door! It's good for both the recreational student and those who would like to develop their professional MMA/Muay Thai careers.

If you know what a door mat is that is what I was, a person everyone walked right over. I started Cardio Muay Thai Kickboxing classes not only for fitness but for self esteem as well as self defense! Now I consider myself a tough woman. Elite MMA Academy is great! in every way, and the classes fit a working womans schedule too.
