Form + Function

Canceled the order after being told it would take would take 3-4 weeks for delivery. Three days later the order arrived, but I'd alreadty bought elsewhere. Asked for return authorization and three weeks later, nada!. There is no reason to shop at Form + Function. There are too many other places to purchase the same products that value their customers and show it by providing good service.
