After calling 5 Cost Plus stores in California we finally found someone who took the trouble to locate our item, which had gone on sale. They had to put the item on hold for several days because we live so far away. By the time we got there the hold had expired for over 24 hours. We were afraid the item had been sold; the cashier, Daniel, searched for 15 minutes and couldn't find it. When he saw how disappointed we were, he went back and searched again - and found it! Someone had moved it to a special shelf to extend the hold.
Cost Plus Santa Cruz went out of their way repeatedly to make the customer happy. Their terrific service makes them one of our favorite stores!!
